Funding Report: April 2023

Here’s this month’s funding report:

💸 Resilia, a SaaS platform that enables non-profit organizations to help them increase their capacity and funders to go beyond their grant allocations, closes a $35M Series B round, the largest raise ever for a solo black woman-founded tech company. The funding round was co-led by Panoramic Ventures and Framework Ventures Partners.

Emrgy designs and deploys modular, scalable hydroelectric solutions. The Atlanta-based company raised an $18M Series A round led by Oval Park Capital. 

🤝 Ox, an Arkansas-based enterprise software provider that develops human-centered automation systems across the supply chain, announced the closing of a $12.6M Series A round co-led by BBG Ventures and MaC Venture Capital.

🧖‍♀️ Ceremonia, the Latinx clean hair care brand based in New York City, has raised a $10M Series A led by Sandbridge Capital. 

🍣 Aqua Cultured Foods, a Chicago-based startup, is a new tech that creates an alternative seafood option through the use of microbial fermentation. They announced the closing of a $5.5M Seed round led by Stray Dog Capital.

📈 Pluto Biosciences, A collaborative life sciences platform for biological data management, analysis, and visualization, based in Denver, CO, has raised a $3.7M Seed round led by Silverton Partners.

👥 NativeAI, a New York City-based market intelligence platform that helps you understand, innovate, and create ideal experiences for your customers, announced the closing of a $3.5M Seed round led by JumpStart Ventures and Ivy Ventures.
