About Anna Barber:
Anna Barber is a partner at M13, a $380m venture capital fund investing in market-expanding technologies, where she focuses on B2B marketplaces, ecomm infrastructure and AI-enabled productivity and work tools. She is the Chair of PledgeLA, an initiative of the Annenberg Foundation dedicated to increasing diversity in LA’s tech community. Anna was named one of Forbes’ 50 over 50 for 2023 for her leadership in venture capital. She was previously the Managing Director of Techstars Los Angeles Accelerator. She’s invested in over 100 early stage companies and is a former founder and operator herself. She’s a certified executive coach and began her career as a corporate lawyer and McKinsey strategy consultant. Anna received both her BA and JD from Yale University.
