📌 Trendsi, a company that links merchants with suppliers while also managing the back-end supply chain for its customers announced a $25M Series A investment led by Lightspeed Venture Partners led the tranche, with participation from Basis Set Ventures, Footwork VC, Peterson Ventures, and others. ✨ AIKON, a B2B partner building solutions on the Open Rights Exchange (ORE) Network, has raised $10M in its Series A led by institutional blockchain investment firm Morgan Creek Digital. ⚮ Oakland, CA-based Hello Divorce, a leading legal fintech platform for affordable, less-stressful divorces, announced a seed investment of $3.25M led by The Artemis Fund. 💰 San Francisco, CA-based, Fintech startup Snowball Wealth has raised $1.6M Seed from multiple prominent Silicon Valley investors including Ulu Ventures, The Community Fund, Bumble Fund, Goodwater Capital and Google for Startups. 🧾 Rock Paper Coin, a Portland, OR-based startup that aims to streamline payments for wedding vendors, raised $2.3M led by Elevate Capital with participation from HearstLab, Stormlight Holdings, and others. 🧐 Fermata Discovery, a software development firm focused on accelerating the investigation timeline through intelligence software, recently announced a $3M seed round, led by New North Ventures. Other major investors in the round included Bonfire Ventures, Good Growth Capital and Two Lanterns Venture Partners. 🔒 Perygee, a company providing a lightweight and complete security platform for Internet of Things (IoT) and Operational Technology (OT), announced the closing of a $4.75M seed investment led by Ballistic Ventures. The round also includes investment from cybersecurity angels Ray Rothrock, John Donovan, Ohad Finkelstein, Corey Thomas, and Bryson Bort, as well as BBG Ventures. |
