🎁 G&W portfolio company; Give InKind, a Tacoma, Wash.-based startup that helps people create giving platforms to support their friends and family, was acquired by Wolfe, a Pittsburgh, Pa-based gift card company. Read the whole article here. 🧾 Prophia, a startup building a platform that scours and extracts key terms from commercial real estate contracts, raised $10.2M in a Series A round led by Cercano Management, formerly Vulcan Capital. 💰 San Francisco based bank engagement startup Flourish Fi has recently raised $2.3M in new seed funding, in a round led by Magma Partners. 📌 Surround Insurance, a Boston, MA-based insurance company, raised $2.5M in Seed funding. The round was led by MassMutual through the MM Catalyst Fund. 🧴 Topicals, a Los Angeles, CA-based skincare company, raised $10M in Series A funding.The round was led by CAVU Consumer Partners. ✨ Diem, social search engine, inspired by the way women, recently raised $3.5M in seed from Acrew Capital and other investors. |
