:woman-getting-haircut::skin-tone-5: Ceremonia, a new modern haircare brand rooted in Latin heritage based in New York, closed a $10M Series A round led by Sandbridge Capital.
:sunny: Odyssey provides technology and finance solutions for distributed renewable energy companies at every stage of project deployment. The Boulder-based company raised a $5.34M Seed round led by Equal Ventures.
:microphone: AudioShake, a San Francisco-based AI startup that separates music and speech to help make audio more interactive and accessible, raised a $5M Seed round led by Indicator Ventures.
:busts_in_silhouette: Groopit, Seattle-based employee insights startup, raised a $3.5M Seed round led by WestRiver Group.
:space_invader: Overplay, a New York-based no-code platform that empowers users to create, share, and play casual mobile games, raised a $1M Seed round from retail investors
