G&W hosted a Founder Day in Seattle with our exceptional community of female founders, mentors, partners, and investors.
The day started with a Fundraising Masterclass by Leslie Feinzaig and was followed by a panel discussion on Financial Readiness for Early Stage Startups by J.P. Morgan. Next was a workshop by Kelsey Dixon at Rossman Media on The Fundamentals of Social: Establishing Your Presence. Then, our partners at Cooley covered Legal for Early Stage Startups: Incorporation, Equity, and Fundraising. Finally, we concluded the day with a Founder-Investor Panel with Christie Lagally, Founder & CEO of Rebellyous Foods and Hope Cochran, Managing Director of Madrona Venture Group.
Throughout the day, founders had the opportunity to meet 1:1 with prominent investors in the ecosystem along with our partners at Cooley, J.P. Morgan, K&L Gates, and Rossman Media.
The happy hour at the end of the day sparked meaningful conversations and lasting connections between founders and investors.
