SEATTLE, WA – The Female Founders Alliance will bring together a slate of trailblazing speakers for its inaugural leadership Summit, to be held online this October. Summit guests will enjoy three days of inspirational, informative and action-oriented programming for early and mid-career professionals who want to take control of their own growth.
“I used to measure success by how my employer told me I was doing,” said Leslie Feinzaig, Founder and CEO of the Female Founders Alliance. “I wish I’d realized much earlier that my career, growth and success can really be up to me. We built our summit for everyone who wants to own their own career.”
The theme of the Summit this year is “become”, with a focus on leadership at all levels, investing, board roles, influence and entrepreneurship. Through inspiring keynotes and tactical intimate group sessions, guests will explore these career enhancing strategies to optimize their presence, increase their influence and attract future opportunities.
“When women leave their growth up to employers, the outcome for society looks like giant gender gaps that will take centuries to change if nothing changes. The summit will feature headliners like NASA’s Monica Lee Foley, Seattle Storm Co-Owner and former Microsoft CPO Lisa Brummel, and Wall Street legend Sallie Krawcheck, Co-Founder & CEO of Ellevest. Attendees will learn from influential leaders like Divya Gugnani, Co-Founder & CEO of Wander Beauty, Natalia Brzezinski, Head of Strategy at Klarna, and Hitha Palepu, a reknowned entrepreneur, investor, author and online personality.
